Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes, thickly-fringed brows with feathering, accented eye corners and nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over original Steiner pate, Steiner composition fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: A 5 (incised) Le Parisien Bte SGDG (black stamp on head) Le Petit Parisien (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1888. Value Points: the petite bebe has original body and body finish, original soft curly wig, very deep paperweight eyes, and is preserved with her original trunk along with four original dresses, undergarments including bebe stays, bonnets, and accessories.
