16" (41 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead of lady with oval face and elongated throat, brown sculpted hair gently waved across her crown and captured in a three-tier coiled braid at the back of head, which is edged by a rose scarf with magenta and blue stripes, pierced ears, painted cobalt blue eyes, black upper eyeliner, single stroke brows, closed mouth with center accent line, sculpted bodice with pink edged collar, muslin stitch-jointed body, bisque lower limbs, lovely antique blue silk gown, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, circa 1870. Value Points: rare hair color and coiffure style, fancily-sculpted scarf and bodice.
