12" (30 cm.) Brunette wig with bangs and captured curls at the back crown and nape. Wearing tagged red cotton pinafore dress with star pattern and rick-rack trim, sheer white organza sleeves and yoke, black velvet bow at throat, cotton petticoat and pantalets with eyelet trim, socks, black side-snap shoes. Near mint condition. Alexander, model 381, 1959, with box stamped Jo and model number 1225, beautifully preserved example of the beloved storybook doll.
