Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) largest doll. Including a Grodnertal wooden doll with elongated throat, rounded head with sculpted tuck comb, painted tiny facial features, dowel-jointing at shoulders and elbows, hips and knees (front of left foot chipped), in original glass-front box; a trio of three wooden carved "dancing" bristle dolls with painted costumes and hair; and three sliding lid boxes containing five tiny, tiny Grodnertal wooden dolls. Very good/excellent. Mid-1800s.
