15" (38 cm.) Solid domed bisque socket head, brown glass "jewel" inset eyes, dark eyeliner, brown painted lashes, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, open mouth, accented lips, four teeth, flocked hair, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: SFBJ 237 Paris 4. Comments: SFBJ, circa 1912. Value Points: wonderful expression with deep modeling around the eyes, original flocked hair, slightly smiling expression, and wearing factory-original woolen three-piece suit with matching cap, socks, leather shoes.
