Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulder plate with modeled bosom and shoulder blades, brown glass enamel inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, brush-stroked brows with sculpting detail, rose-blushed eye shadow, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between shaded and outlined lips, dimpled chin, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig over cork pate, kid bebe body with scalloped-edge collarette, kid-over-wooden upper arms, bisque forearms, kid-over-hinged Chevrot deposed hips, wooden lower legs, lovely antique aqua silk costume. Condition: bisque head and hands excellent, shoulder plate excellent except very faint early 2" vertical line at back, body sturdy. Marks: No. 11 Bru Jne (shoulder plate). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, Chevrot era, circa 1885. Value Points: beautiful grand-sized Bru bebe with very fine detail of sculpting and painting of complexion and features, beautiful bisque hands with detailed sculpting and definition of nails, original shoes signed "Bru Jne Paris 11".
