Each is of fine silk with hand-painted, beaded or embroidered details, and with padded cushions or flannel inserts designed to preserve needles, in a variety of imaginative and charming shapes including fan, slippers, book, heart cushion and a notable butterfly. Excellent condition. French, circa 1890.
