9" (23 cm.) l. fan. Including mother-of-pearl framed folding fan with gilt accents and hand-painted scene on the silk and parchment blades. Along with a leather firm-sided purse that is decorated with gold tooling and with embossed cast brass frame, magenta silk faille interior, leather bail handle. Excellent condition. European, mid-1800s.
