15" (38 cm.) Snow White, 9" Dwarfs. All-composition Snow White has sculpted and painted short black hair and blue hair bow, painted brown side-glancing eyes, closed mouth, five-piece composition body, original blue velvet and pink organdy gown, undergarments, shoes and socks. Along with complete set of seven Dwarfs, each all-composition with jointed arms, sculpted facial features (depicting the various personalities), white mohair beard, velvet costume including cap with individual name, painted shoes, metal tool, five with original paper hang tags. Condition: very good/excellent, some dustiness of Snow White's costume and cheek rub. Comments: Knickerbocker, circa 1937, the set was issued to coincide with the premiere of Disney's first animated film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". Value Points: original unplayed with condition, the Dwarfs with wonderfully preserved costumes and accessories, rare to find as a complete set.
