8 1/2" (22 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso, chubby face turned to the side, sculpted short brown hair drawn from forehead into short curls at the sides and back, and decorated with three blue hair bows with glazed highlights, tiny brown side-glancing intaglio eyes, black upper eyeliner, tiny brown irises, short feathered brows, accented nostrils of button-shaped nose, closed mouth with heart-shaped lips, tiny painted teeth, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted white socks and brown shoes with sculpted bows. Condition: imperceptible reglue at neck, hidden repair to string loops of leg. Marks: 10490 3. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1913. Value Points: rare model with wonderful expression and hair details.
