Description
8 1/2" (22 cm.) One-piece bisque head and torso, sculpted short brown curly hair with forelock detail and glazed orange hair band, brown side-glancing eyes with white eye dots, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with impish smile, loop-jointed bisque arms and legs, painted white socks and brown shoes with brown sculpted bows. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, one of "Our Golden Three" series introduced by that firm in 1913 depicting modern children of the era. Value Points: delightful expression on the rare doll with fine details of sculpting and decorative glaze.
