Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate with modeled bosom and shoulderblades, very plump cheeks, pale blue paperweight eyes with spiral threading, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose-blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pale accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French kid gusset-jointed body with bisque arms, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, right pinky finger tip chipped, left thumb missing, kid body sturdy. Marks: (circle dot) Bru Jne 2 (head) No. 2 Bru Jne (shoulders). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1880. Value Points: sought-after size of the rare early bebe with splendid eyes, very fine modeling of facial features.
