Description
12" (30 cm.) One-piece bisque head, torso and legs, sculpted blonde forelock curls, topknot and side curls, painted black side-glancing googly eyes with white eye dots, black upper eyeliner, black painted curly lashes, dot brows, closed mouth with thin line smile, sculpted blue wings, loop-jointed arms with starfish-shaped hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (feet). Comments: Kewpie, designed by Rose O'Neill, made in Germany, circa 1910. Value Points: wonderful detail of sculpting of the largest size Kewpie.
