22" (56 cm.) Bisque socket head with rich sienna complexion enhanced by subtle blushing accents, brown glass sleep eyes, original mohair lashes, painted lower lashes, black brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with firmly set accented lips, black mohair wig, sienna-complexioned composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique flannel and woolen costume. Condition: generally excellent, some body finish retouch. Marks: 1303 S&H Germany 10. Comments: Simon and Halbig, the rare 1303 model was made in several variations including both sienna and white complexions, and painted or glass eyes. Value Points: rare large size with rare glass eyes and original mohair lashes, flawless complexion and absolutely superior quality of sculpted facial features with furrowed lines around the nose bridge, eye corners, and mouth.
