Description
20" (51 cm.) Brunette hair with two little forehead curls and hair drawn back and captured in clusters at the crown and nape; her crown centered by three rosebuds enclosed in netting. Wearing ivory silk ball gown with closely-spaced pattern of rich pink camellias, long velvet stole with constructed sleeves and pale rose satin lining, hooped tiered petticoat, panties, seamed stockings, burgundy cross-strap heels, matching rhinestone necklace, bracelet and brooch, solitaire ring with large "diamond", prismatic rhinestone drop earrings. The costume is tagged. Near mint condition. Alexander, model 2283 from the "Dolls to Remember" series of 1958, described in that catalog as having "such beauty in color...soft as a cloud".
