18" (46 cm.) Porcelain shoulderhead with plump rounded face, black sculpted hair with center part, scalloped curls framing the face and ringlet curls at the back, painted brown eyes in deeply set sockets, red and black upper eyeliner, painted lower lashes, single stroke brows, closed mouth with center line between the lips, stitch-jointed muslin body, porcelain lower limbs, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent, left leg restored. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: sought-after model with rare brown eyes that are beautifully-defined.
