All carved wooden doll with socket head, carved bobbed hair with bangs and short curls, painted facial features, heavy eyelids, blue eyes with black upper eyeliner, closed mouth with center accent line, early wooden spring-jointed body without stocking grooves. Condition: good, original worn finish, some rubs and age patina on hair, face and hands. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan. 17, ‘11 USA and Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1911, model 100 sculpted by Graziano. Value Points: rare model with pleasing expression, rare carved hair coiffure, original costume, shoes, and stockings.
