Description
Of very lush silk velvet, the ensemble comprises a coat with blue silk lining, matching muff, and a brown/black silk velvet bonnet that is trimmed with blue satin banding and grand pom-pom, and with interior lining having gilt lettered label of the milliner "Mathilde Henrion Modes, 20 Rue Cadet Paris". 8" shoulder width. 4" interior hat dimension. Excellent condition. French, very luxurious fabrics and construction in wonderfully-preserved state, circa 1890.
