25" (64 cm.) The walnut framed recamier has beautiful carving on the base and head rest, forming into a railing at the back with fancy spindles; and is upholstered with deeply tufted burgundy velvet and edged with gold cording. Excellent condition. French, circa 1880, a rare style with original upholstery.
