15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, painted bright blue eyes with shaded detail, black upper eyeliner, one-stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth modeled in smiling expression, accented and glazed lips, row of teeth, impressed dimples, blonde human hair, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, nicely costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 151 S&H 0. Comments: Simon and Halbig, from their art character series, circa 1910. Value Points: charming portrait of shyly smiling young girl with well-modeled dimples and painted teeth, lovely bisque and painting.
