All-cloth doll with pressed and oil painted facial features, brown sculpted hair with modeled forelock, sculpted blushed ears, small painted brown eyes with black and brown upper eyeliner, flat nose, closed mouth with downcast expression, muslin body with stitched together fingers, wearing antique cotton dress and undergarments, stockings, shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Kathe Kruse, circa 1910. Value Points: rare model with endearing poignant expression.
