14" (36 cm.) Each with ebony black bisque head, the larger with socket head with flattened solid dome, brown glass inset eyes, brush-stroked brows, closed mouth with very full coral lips, pierced ears, black fleecy wig, black Sonneberg composition and wooden fully jointed body, nice antique dress; the small being all-bisque with swivel head, black enamel eyes, closed mouth, black fleecy hair, peg-jointed arms and legs, bare feet, marked 61-15. Comments: Germany, Gebruder Kuhnlenz, circa 1890. Value Points: very beautiful faces on both with fine flawless complexions, rare models.
