26" (66 cm.) Bisque socket head, large amber-brown glass paperweight eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose-blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth, dark outlined lips, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Jumeau Bte SGDG 12 (head, and artist checkmarks) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1890. Value Points: lovely wide-eyed bebe has choice bisque and painting, original body and body finish, Jumeau leather shoes incised "12".
