Description
8" (20 cm.) All carved wooden doll with brown painted complexion, black painted hair, very full lips, wooden spring-jointed body, wearing original costume comprising purple felt coat, checkered pants, yellow vest and top hat. Along with a carved wooden donkey by Schoenhut, with glass eyes and leather ears. Condition: generally excellent, original finish is well preserved except hands rubbed, one ear missing on Dude. Schoenhut, circa 1915.
