16" (41 cm.) overall. 7 1/2" doll to finger tips. Waist-up nude porcelain half-doll with profile modeling of head, brown sculpted hair with arranged curls topped by four feathers in shades of green and purple, smiling expression, sculpted blue necklace with jewel medallion, arms modeled away from body in unusual poses, finger of right hand pointing, and left hand with open palm, on original wire tea cozy frame with silk gown and overskirt. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1910, very rare half-doll with unusual posing of head and arms, sculpted jewelry.
