Description
26" (66 cm.) x 20" framed. Two watercolor sketches on parchment depict a costume designed for Virgie Carey (Shirley Temple) for the 1935 film "The Littlest Rebel"; the sketch is pencil labeled #5129 Change #3, and a sample of the proposed fabric is attached. Along with a sketch of a different hairstyle proposed for Shirley in this film. Circa 1935. The costume design was presented by Gwen Wakeling.
