31" (79 cm.) Paper mache head with gofun finish, dark enamel inset eyes, closed mouth, black human bobbed hair wig with bangs, crepe wrapped torso, paper mache lower arms and legs. Condition: very good, one finger missing, some light craze lines. Comments: Japanese, Ichimatsu child play doll, early 1900s. Value Points: rare grand size with well-characterized face, wearing original kimono and obi.
