9" (23 cm.) A bisque shoulderhead doll with large blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line, carton body with bisque hands posed upon the wooden cart handles is standing behind a three-wheeled wooden cart filled with silk flowers. When wound, the doll walks forward, pushing the cart. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, attributed to Vichy, circa 1870. Value Points: the doll wears original silk and velvet costume, and has luxury detail of construction of cart.
