22" (56 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with plump face turned slightly downward and to the side, blonde sculpted hair arranged with flowing curls on the right side, and a loosely woven braid on the left, topped by a sculpted pale blue Charlotte cap, blue painted eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, kid pin-jointed body, bisque lower arms, beautiful antique gown, undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 908 N 10. Comments: Alt, Beck and Gottschalk, circa 1880. Value Points: rarity of the model is enhanced further by its most appealing gentle expression, most unusual hair style.
