Formed of heavy stock, the open-front room has patterned paper walls and floor, and is richly furnished as a bedroom of the 1860 era, with tiny furnishings comprising bed with green silk ruffled canopy, dresser, desk, sofa, table and four chairs, and with four wall prints, various accessories and peopled with three paper mache dolls with wooden articulated bodies (the man with sculpted hat), an early bisque doll with sculpted hair, and bisque baby in tub. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Germany, mid-1800s. Value Points: rare miniature size of the room with original furnishings, rare dolls.
