17" (43 cm.) Felt swivel head with pressed and painted facial features, blue glass inset eyes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth, blushed cheeks, blonde mohair wig, muslin body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Ronnaug Petterssen, noted Norwegian artist, circa 1940. Value Points: the rare doll is perfectly preserved, wearing well-detailed traditional Norwegian costume with bright floral embroideries.
