5" (13 cm.) Solid domed bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso,cobalt blue enamel glass eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with full lips and hint of smile,auburn mohair wig,peg jointing at shoulders and hips,painted white socks and brown two-strap heeled shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French,circa 1882. Value Points: an especially beautiful example with very sweet expression,lovely bisque,original ivory silk costume.
