12" (30 cm.) Bisque socket head, large amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted dark lush lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined and shaded lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, little rub on nose. Marks: Paris Bebe Tete dep 3 (head) Paris Bebe Depose (and Eiffel Tower symbol on torso). Comments: Danel et Cie, c. 1892. Value Points: rare-to-find bebe with illuminating rich eyes, rare original signed body, pretty antique costume.
