Bisque socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brush-stroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined and shaded lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 7 (head) Bebe Jumeau Diplome d'Honneur (torso). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: beautiful creamy bisque and artistic painting, the bebe wears original Jumeau couturier aqua silk dress designed in the atelier of Ernestine Jumeau, and has original matched undergarments (marked 7), original wig (marked 7), original earrings, bonnet, aqua knit stockings and aqua kidskin shoes with gilt lettering "Bebe Jumeau".
