Rare German Porcelain Half-Doll "Elasserin" from Historic Series by Goebel

Waist-up porcelain half-doll depicting brown-haired woman in folklore costume of Alsace-Lorraine with sculpted large black coiffe bow, blue shawl with fringed detail, one hand held at hip, and the other hand held to her bosom, holding a rosebud. Excellent condition, flake at bottom rim at back. Marks: (Goebel crown symbol). Germany, Goebel, model 31, named "Elasserin", from Historic Series of 1911.
