Description
12" (30 cm.) and 10". Each is classic standing Kewpie with one-piece head, torso and legs, loop-jointed arms with starfish-shaped hands, topknot, side curls, and forelock curl, blue wings, large googly side-glancing eyes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: O'Neill (impressed on feet bottom). Comments: Germany, from Rose O'Neill design, circa 1910. Value Points: rare largest size of the all-bisque Kewpie which has original red paper shield label on chest.
