4" (10 cm.) Gold mohair miniature teddy with shoe button eyes, black embroidered mouth and nose, with removable head to allow opening of torso to reveal powder compact. The teddy is presented in base of original box along with a fragile hand-written note "Dear (illegible), Don't be afraid of this little creature. It's harmless. Just remove the head and do your stuff. Love, Geo". Excellent condition. Germany, Schuco, circa 1930s.
