Bisque socket head with very plump face,blue glass inset eyes,painted lashes and brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with center accent line,original blonde mohair wig,original early composition body with loose-ball-jointing at shoulders,hips and knees,painted white stockings,and blue painted ankle boots with five straps. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2/0. Comments: attributed to Kling,Germany,circa 1880. Value Points: especially beautiful little girl with rare body,wearing original burgundy and lace costume,with two bonnets,along with miniature fur-covered salon dog in reclining pose,and with two gilt metal framed lithographs depicting children at play.
