Description
8" (20 cm.) Carved wooden head with dowel neck attachment, gofun finish with very reddened complexion, painted features, very thick applied black brows, bald pate, wiry long black beard and flowing hair, carved wooden hands and feet, wearing original silk brocade costume with sleeve ties at wrists and black lacquer hat with "wings", holding sword and posed on original wooden base. Showa era, mid-1900s.
