Description
5" (13 cm.) and 2 1/4". Each is all-bisque one-piece standing Kewpie with blue wings, the larger with sculpted tall helmet to simulate brown fur, trimmed with medallions and gilt borders, and holding weaponry in each arm. The smaller has similar helmet with variation in colors and gilt decoration, and is posed with arms outstretched, with original paper label on back torso. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1915.
