Solid domed bisque socket head with angular features and elongated slender throat, bald tonsure with sculpted curly locks around the lower sides and back of head, painted down-glancing brown eyes, single-stroke upper lashes, curly one-stroke brows, aquiline nose, closed mouth modeled in wide beaming smile with defined teeth, composition and wooden fully-jointed body, antique gentleman's costume, Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 128 3. Comments: Germany, circa 1910, attributed to Theodor Recknagel. Value Points: rare model with style of hair and expressive smiling expression.
