Description
3 1/2" (8 cm.) One-piece bisque figure of standing Kewpie with classic topknot, blue wings and side-glancing googly eyes, clasping a black umbrella in his left arm, and holding a leash in his right arm which attaches to Doodledog which sits at her side, the pup with shaded brown/black spots, freckles, and blue wings. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: c. (black circle). Comments: Germany, from O'Neill designs, circa 1915. Value Points: very rare variation of the Kewpie Traveler with well-modeled Doodledog.
