11" (28 cm.) Bisque socket head with brown "cafe-au-lait" complexion, amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, long black lashes, black brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, row of tiny teeth, pierced ears, black mohair fleecy wig over cork pate, French brown complexion and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 2. Comments: Emile Jumeau/SFBJ, 1900. Value Points: in perfectly-preserved, unplayed with condition, the doll has finest bisque and painting, original body and body finish, is wearing original striped silk costume (pencil numbered 2 on inside collar), socks, shoes, gold bead necklace, and has original gilt lettered medallion "Exposition Universelle 1900" and is preserved in her original labeled box.
