Pink-tinted bisque socket head with very plump lower face, blue glass sleep eyes, thick dark eyeliner, painted curly lashes, feathered brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with very full outlined lips, dimpled chin and lip corners, brunette human hair in long braids, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent: Marks: 7847 8 Germany Heubach (sunburst) (head) (original Holz-masse red stamp on torso). Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1912. Value Points: especially fine quality of modeling especially of lips, finest bisque and painting, original signed body with original finish, wonderful antique costume.
