7" (18 cm.) Solid domed pink-tinted porcelain swivel head on porcelain shoulderplate, plump childlike head, black painted hair with little curls framing the face, blue painted eyes, black and red upper liner, black one stroke brows, closed mouth, softly-padded muslin upper arms, mid torso with bellows interior and upper legs, porcelain hips and lower arms and legs, hands posed with curled fingers, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent, slight touch-up at back shoulderplate. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points: rare size with most appealing expression, original body and parts with working "mama" crier.
