Description
14" (36 cm.) x 11". The cardboard box is fitted with 29 miniature all-bisque novelty figures including men on horseback at the hunt, dogs, and a series of leprechauns with amusing hats and accessories, along with a bisque mushroom house. Each is affixed to the original sample box, and identified on the underside with a paper label with original factory inventory number. The sample box was displayed in the showrooms and at toy fairs by the firm of Hertwig, showing the many products available from their firm, and is very rare to find still intact.
