Description
15" (38 cm.) x 11". A heavy card stock box has an amusing lithograph on the cover and the lettering "Loto des Caricatures"; the box hinges open to reveal rules of the game on inside lid, and complete and elaborate game pieces, and boards. A form of bingo, the game features 12 player's cards, wooden numbers, and various heads, to be chosen at will by the winner of a toss, with the possibility of amusing results, such as a boy's head on a lady's body. The game was issued by MB of Paris. Generally excellent, contents very fine, box cover has some spotting. Circa 1890.
