A pair of muslin dolls have stitch-shaped features with center seam,applied eyes,brows,and mouth,the woman with folded felt to suggest braided hair and wearing felt costume and cap and blue leather boots,the man with bristly hair and beard with sewn on shirt and striped pants,blue felt jacket and hat,yellow felt scarf,brown leather boots. Condition: generally excellent,some costume fading. Marks: Made in France for Marshall Fields import bazaar (cloth tag on each).Value Points: amusing caricature dolls with original labels.
