16" (41 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head with plump facial shape, cobalt-blue glass enamel eyes, black eyeliner, lightly fringed lashes and brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined full lips, unpierced ears, blonde mohair braided coiffure, softly stuffed kid poupee body in the Rohmer manner, porcelain lower arms. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: attributed to Leontine Rohmer, circa 1860. Value Points: fine luminous porcelain accented by brilliant eyes, beautifully sculpted hands, fine antique gown, undergarments, kidskin slippers, superb coiffe.
