13" (33 cm.) Light golden mohair teddy bear has swivel head, pronounced snout, stitched ears, black shoe-button eyes, brown embroidered nose and mouth, hump at back torso, non-working growler in torso, elongated jointed arms, hip-jointed legs, large feet, felt paw pads with brown embroidered claws, and with Steiff metal "blank button" in ear. Excellent condition, stuffing is light, some mohair wear on ears. Germany, Steiff, circa 1905, rare early model.
